For the sixth time, Heavydrive GmbH presents at the world’s leading trade fair for architects, materials and systems in Munich. From 14 to 19 January 2019, visitors to the BAU in Munich can get information about Heavydrive’s products and customised transport and assembly solutions in Hall C3, Stand 124.
The Tapfheim-based company specialises in the complicated assembly of extremely large and heavy panes measuring up to 24m and weighing up to 8 tonnes. To demonstrate the many possibilities of the different systems, Heavydrive has developed a special model for the BAU 2019.
The Heavydrive team will hold live demonstrations showing the various uses of their cranes, suction systems and counterweight traverses for panes of up to 10 tonnes on their 3D-printed miniature construction site, the Extreme Glass Assembly Demo Box (scale 1:25). The model also illustrates the flexibility of the Heavydrive devices. The customisable systems can be adapted and combined, opening up a new dimension in modern architecture where it is possible to install increasingly large and heavy façade elements.
At Stand C3.124 there will also be a selection of different tried-and-tested Heavydrive assembly aids like the various ML assembly cranes and VSG vacuum suction systems. Heavydrive will also showcase some products from the patented HDL line, including the newest model.
With the glass transport wagon, panes can be transported safely and easily, even behind scaffolding and in tight spaces. Visitors can also experience live the tried-and-tested, semi-automatic pane installer, an all-rounder with up to 1 tonne capacity.
At the BAU 2019 visitors can see the Heavydrive assembly experts’ competence for themselves. The team gives customers specific advice from the early planning phase and supports them from the outset with the development and implementation of their projects.
Whether it involves curved or very large and heavy panes, difficult construction site conditions or extreme climates, the Heavydrive specialists can develop the ideal customised assembly solution. Heavydrive specialists work closely with architects and site managers to enable complicated construction projects to be implemented efficiently, predictably and in a cost-saving manner.
Heavydrive also offers customers a free WhatsApp service. Processes and situations can be photographed or recorded on camera and sent to the service team directly. It is also possible to use video calling to set up a live feed to the construction site, no matter where in the world you are.
The experts are available round the clock to answer questions about quotes, tricky construction site conditions, device operation or machinery breakdowns. At the BAU 2019 visitors can find out more about Heavydrive GmbH’s digital services and experience the possibilities of digitisation on the construction site.
We are looking forward to seeing you there!
